摘要
实验结果表明，小鼠染毒１２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ和５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重的环氧乙烷，２４小时后明显抑制睾丸ＤＮＡ的合成，属ＤＮＡ损伤剂。
When ethylene oxide was injected into mice in doses of 12.5 and 50.0 mg/kg body weight,the 3H-thymidine into the mice testis was suppressed.It showed that ethylene oxide influence DNA synthesis in testis,belonging to DNA damage substance.
