摘要
针对某商用卡车驾驶室振动异常的情况,依据汽车平顺性随机输入行驶试验方法国家标准对该卡车进行实车道路平顺性试验,通过计算驾驶室悬置的隔振率,并结合频谱分析的方法进行综合分析,找出振动的原因是驾驶室悬置的隔振效果差,与动力总成的激励频率共振,影响了驾驶室舒适性,需要改进悬置参数来改善隔振特性.
In order to solve the problem that a commercial vehicle cab in the usual speeds has a heavy vibration,a road vehicle experiment should be made based on the testing method of automobile ride comfort with random input of national institute of standards.By calculating isolation rate of the cab suspension and the method of signal spectrum analysis,this paper found the part of the vehicle arise the cab jitter.The result of the test showed that cab suspension system natural frequency was close to the powertrain excitation frequency causing the cab resonance and the vibration isolation effect of the cab suspension was poor,which needs to improve the structural parameters of the cab suspension.
