摘要
为了提高飞机结构件的设计效率和设计质量,解决设计重用的问题,运用catia知识工程技术建立参数化模板的建模方法,对模板实例化过程中出现特征定位不准确和模板实例化不正确的问题进行分析,研究了特征定位和草图约束对模板实例化结果的影响,提出了基于模板的飞机结构件建模方法。以此为基础对典型的飞机结构件构造正确的参数化模板,并且在不同外部条件下,采用参数驱动的方法实现了模板的实例化,同时验证了该方法的有效性和可靠性。为飞机结构件建模提供了参考价值。
In order to improve the design efficiency and quality of aircraft structures and to solve the problem of design reuse, the method of using catia knowledge engineering technology to build parameterized modeling of the template was studied. The problem of pasitioninaccurate and parameterized templates incorrect appearingin the process of template instantiationwas analyzed.The features location and sketches constraints on the impact of the result of knowledge template instantiation was studied. To put forward the aircraft structure modeling method based on template. Then construct correct template parts of the typical aircraft structure based on that.Under different external conditions, the method of parameter-drivenwas adopt to accurately realizedtemplates instantiation. At the same time the effectiveness and reliability of the method proposed was verified.Provides reference value for modeling of aircraft structures.
