摘要
面向制造的设计是实现并行设计的关键技术。这里以零件的机械加工为例,研究了零件模型的建立,工艺知识的表示和组织,可制造性的分析和评价等关键技术,在CAD软件的平台上开发了基于工艺知识库的面向制造的原型设计系统,并通过基于知识的可制造性分析保证所设计零件的工艺性。
DFM is an key technique to realize Concurrent Design. In this paper, as example of machining of parts the key technologies, including the building of parts model, process knowledge representation and organization, method of manufacturability, etc., were studied. A prototype design system was developed on the platform of CAD software, and through knowledge - base manufacturability analysis to assure the manufacturability of the design parts.
