摘要
目的：探讨模块式护理对乳腺癌根治术患者术后康复及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2015年1~12月本院收治的乳腺癌患者90例,将患者随机等分为对照组及观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用模块式护理,干预时间为3个月,比较两组患者干预前后肢体恢复效果及生活质量改善情况。结果：观察组患者干预后上肢外展、前屈、内旋、外旋、后伸等角度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。物质生活、社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能及生活质量评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：模块式护理能有效促进乳腺癌根治术患者术后肢体功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。
Objective： To discuss the influence of modular care on the post- operation rehabilitation and life quality of patients receiving radical mastectomy.Methods： Selected 90 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January to December 2015,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was give routine care,and modular care was applied to the observation group on the basis of the control group,with an interference period of 3 months,and the limb recovery effect and life quality improving of the two group of patients were compared before and after interference. Results： The upper limb outreach,anteflexion,internal rotation,external rotation and rear protraction angles of the patients in the observation group after interference were significantly superior to those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of material life,social function,trunk function,psychological function and life quality were higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The modular care could effectively promote the recovery of limb functions of patients receiving radical mastectomy and improve the patients＇ life quality.
