摘要
目的探讨家庭支持与认知行为干预对乳腺癌患者术后性功能障碍改善的影响效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的98例乳腺癌根治术患者作为调查对象,将其等分为研究组和对照组。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采用家庭支持与认知行为干预护理,比较两组患者术后心理状态、性生活质量等。结果研究组术后焦虑和抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组性生活频率、高潮次数、每月主动次数、性满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论家庭支持与认知行为干预可有效消除乳腺癌根治术患者心理负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量,对回归家庭和社会具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the effect of family support and cognitive behavioral intervention on postoperative sexual dysfunction in patients with breast cancer. Methods To compare the differences of psychological status and quality of sexual life,etc. after the surgery,98 cases of patients with radical mastectomy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were observed,and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group received routine care,while the study group received family support and cognitive behavioral intervention. Results The anxiety score and depression score in the study group after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The study group’s sexual life frequency,number of climaxes,number of monthly activeness,and sexual satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of family support and cognitive behavioral intervention could effectively eliminate the negative psychological emotions of patients with radical mastectomy,improve quality of life of patients,and had positive significance for returning to family and society.
