摘要
目的：提高ＡＯ外固定器的使用效能。方法：在ＡＯ管状外固定器的基础上研制具有模块式组合功能的改良ＡＯ外固定器，并应用于临床。结果：从１９９２年以来，对临床不同部位的５８例病人进行了治疗，其中开放性骨折３４例，经平均随访１０．３个月，骨折全部愈合。结论：改良ＡＯ外固定器具有构型变化丰富、操作简单方便等优点，对小腿的粉碎、多段或近关节等复杂骨折都能给予有效的固定。
Objective:This investigation was done to enhance the efficience of AO/ASIF external fixator.Method:The AO/ASIF tubular device was modified as an AO/ASIF fixator which has the functions of brick-link and then used in clinical practice.Result:Since 1992,58 patients with fracture of different parts,including 34 cases of open fractures,were treated by the modified AO/ASIF fixator.All patients were followed up with an average period of 10.3 months.The fractures in all patients were healed.Conclusion:The modified AO/ASIF fixator possesses the superiority of rich change in configuration and handy operation gives effective fixation to the complex tibial fractures(comminuted,many-section or the part beside joint).
