摘要
应用交叉设计进行治疗试验的关键在于,第二期治疗时,先用药物的残余效应已不存在。本文结合实例介绍了交叉试验的计量与计数资料的统计方法。先比较两个顺序组每例的疗效和,以检验两种疗法残余效应的差别。若无显著性时才可比较两个顺序组的每例疗效差,来估计两种疗效的差别,否则只能根据每组第一期治疗的结果进行比较分析。
The most important requirment for analysis and interpretation of the crossover design is that there is no carry-over effect from the first treatment to the second. The inference concerning a difference between the two carry-over effects may be tested by comparing the intrasubject sums of patients in the A-B sequence with that in the B-A sequence. If the difference is no sigmficant the inference concerning a difference between two drug effects may be based on the intrasubject difference of patients in each sequence group. Otherwise to analyze only the data obtained from period one. Fxamples for measurment and enumeration data are presented.
