摘要
以4种低阶煤为研究对象,通过程序升温氧化实验和热重分析实验,研究煤升温氧化过程中各指标气体浓度及煤样质-热与温度的关联性。对比同一温度下不同煤样产生指标气体浓度,发现煤变质程度越低,氧化越剧烈,得出以CO为主,H_2、C_2H_4和C_2H_2为辅来进行预测预报的自然指标气体体系;同时确定各煤样特征温度,对煤自燃过程进行阶段划分,提高现有煤层自然发火宏观特性的认识。
Temperature-programmed oxidation experiments and thermal analysis experiments are conducted on 4 low metamorphism coal to learn about the correlation between index gas, coal quality, heating and the temperature in the process of oxidation of coal. Comparing different coal samples at the same temperature to produce index gases concentration in the same situation, the lower the coal rank, the more intense oxidation, and came to the CO, supplemented by H2, C2H4 and C2H2 as natural index gas prediction system; at the same time identifed some characteristic temperature of coal spontaneous combustion process and divided it into several stages, to improve the recognition of existing coal seam spontaneous combustion macroscopic property.
