变氧浓度条件下崔家寨矿煤自燃特性的实验研究 被引量:13

Experimental research on coal characteristic of spontaneous combustion under various oxygen concentrations of Cuijiazhai coal

摘要 针对崔家寨矿1#和6#煤层存在严重的自然发火隐患,试验研究了煤样的低温自燃特性.首先试验研究了自燃过程中产生氧化气体和碳氢类气体随温度的变化规律;通过设定不同氧气浓度研究了自燃产物与初始氧气浓度的关系.结果表明温度是影响自燃的重要因素,温度越高,自燃越剧烈;自燃氧化产物随初始氧气浓度增加而增多,在13%~17%浓度达到峰值,之后开始下降.通过煤自然发火标志气体产生规律研究及其临界值确定,为现场制定自燃防治方法提供了依据. For the serious hidden danger of spontaneous combustion of Cuijiazhai mine's 1 and 6 coal seam,experimental was carried out to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal at low temperature.By setting different oxygen concentrations of the spontaneous product of the initial oxygen concentration,we try to find the oxidation process of the combustion gases and produce hydrocarbon gases with temperature variation.The results show that temperature is an important factor of the spontaneous combustion,the higher the temperature,the more intense spontaneous combustion;Spontaneous oxidation products increased with increasing initial oxygen concentration,13%-17% in the peak concentration,and then begin to decline.Research on the coal spontaneous combustion extent based on signal gases and critical value provide the site for developing basis control methods for spontaneous combustion.
