摘要
目的:探讨通窍鼻炎颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选择儿童过敏性鼻炎患儿80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。观察组患儿应用通窍鼻炎颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗;对照组患儿应用西替利嗪滴剂治疗。评估患儿治疗前后临床症状评分、治疗效果及不良反应。结果:观察组患儿治疗后临床症状总评分为(2.31±0.81)分,低于对照组的(3.70±0.84)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.25,P<0.05);观察组患儿总有效率为95.0%(38/40),高于对照组的80.0%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.81,P<0.05);观察组治疗后总不良反应发生率为17.5%(7/40),低于对照组的37.5%(15/40),差异均有统计学意义(χ2=9.27,P<0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎颗粒联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床效果较好,能够显著改善患儿临床症状,促进患儿恢复,且安全性较高。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao rhinitis particles combined with cetirizine drops treatment of children with allergic rhinitis. Methods： Eighty children with allergic rhinitis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases of each group. The observation group used Tongqiao rhinitis particles combined with cetirizine drops treatment,the control group was given cetirizine drops. Clinical symptoms score before and after the treatment,the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were assessed. Results： The clinical symptoms total scores of the observation group after treatment were（ 2.31±0.81）points,lower than the control group（ 3.70± 0.84） points,the differences were statistically significant（ t = 10. 25,P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 0%（ 38 / 40）,higher than the control group 80. 0%（ 32 / 40）,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 9.81,9.27,P〈0.05）. The total adverse reaction incidence of the observation group was 17.5%（ 7 / 40）,lower than the control group 37.5%（ 15 / 40）,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 9.27,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It has better clinical effect for Tongqiao rhinitis particles combined with cetirizine drops treatment in children with allergic rhinitis,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,to promote the recovery of children with high security.
