摘要
基于劳动关系视角,以苏州某经济开发区50家企业为例,对新老两代农民工的劳动关系满意度进行调查。研究发现:老一代农民工对劳动关系满意度中的"劳动报酬"较不满意,而新生代农民工对"劳动报酬""劳动负荷""组织关系"与"个人成长"均不满意;"劳动报酬"最能影响老一代农民工总体的劳动关系满意度,而"劳动负荷"与"个人成长"最能影响新生代农民工总体的劳动关系满意度。因此,应关注农民工群体的权益诉求及代际差异,转变企业用工观念,进一步完善企业激励机制。
This paper analyzes the two generation migrant workers'labor relations satisfaction based on the questionnaire survey data of 50 enterprises in one economic development zone of Suzhou. Using independent - sample T test and multiple linear regression, the results show that the older generation are unsatisfied with re- muneration of labor relations satisfaction, and the new generation are unsatisfied with remuneration, work load, organizational relationship and personal growth. Remuneration impact the most on the overall labor rela- tions satisfaction of the older generation of migrant workers, as well as work load and personal growth have im- portant impacts on the new generation. Therefore, we should pay attention to the rights and interests of migrant workers groups and intergenerational differences, change the concept of employment, while improving the en- terprise incentive mechanism.
