摘要
文章通过对深圳富士康员工的调查,发现他们收入普遍较低,工作时间较长,心理压力较大,生活满意度不高,而且员工的个体因素对收入水平有显著的影响,但对心理压力和生活满意度几乎没有影响。文章认为,富士康员工面临的最大问题是时间和空间问题,其实质是劳工保护制度的不健全和劳动者基本权利的缺失;是"宿舍劳动体制"对员工的控制和规训。
The status of employees in Foxconn Corporation in Shenzhen can be characterized by low income, longer working hours than the statutory standard, great psychological stress and lowlife satisfaction. The regression analysis found that employees’income is significantly affected by the personal characteristics, but their psychological stress and life dissatisfaction should be explained by other factors. The serious problems that employees are facing in Foxconn are long working hours and hole-in-the-wall living space. To solve these problems, Foxconn should reform dormitory labor system, regard the staff as human resources instead of the machine to create surplus value, and the government should improve labor protection system and guarantee basic rights of labor.
