摘要
本文用AHP法(层次分析法)建立了劳动负荷综合测评新模型。类似的模型曾在1987年由作者提出过。原模型的思路是找出影响劳动负荷的8个因素,并计算这8个因素的权重。本文用AHP方法通过PC—1500微机对模型作了改进。首先我们收集了216份问卷的数据,井用“评分几何平均法”(GMIRS)计算了判断矩阵,最后用AHP的特征值法得到了主模型3个因素的权重与子模型10个因素的权重,从而建立了层次分析模型。经过一致性指标CR的检验表明新模型具有满意的一致性。
The authors of this paper applied AHP(the Analytic Hierarchy process) to setup a new model for comprehensive evaluation of labour intensity. A similar model was presented by ourselves in 1987. The thinking of the original model was to find out 8 main factors influencing labour intensity, and (?) calculate weights of 8 factors. In this paper, the model was improved by AHP in microcomputer PC-1500.Firstly,we collected the data froms216 questionaires and calculated the distinguishing matrix by using the method of GMIRS('Geometric Means of Individual Rating scores').Finally,we obtained the weights of 3 factors in AHP, main model, and the weights of 10 factors in 3 submodels, using the eigenvector-method of and have set up the analytic hierarchy model. The tests of consistency index CR indicated that the new model has satisfactory consistency(CR<0.10).
