摘要
本试验以铁苋菜为原料,采用超声波提取法考察提取功率、提取时间、提取温度3个因素,通过正交试验法探究合适的提取工艺,并对铁苋菜不同部位的生物碱进行定量分析。结果表明,铁苋菜生物碱的最佳提取工艺为提取功率100W、提取时间30min、温度100℃,该条件下铁苋菜根、茎、叶中生物碱的提取率为0.239%、0.289%、0.326%。
This test is to iron amaranth as raw material,using the ultrasonic extraction method,extraction power,extraction time,extraction temperature three factors,explore suitable extraction process by orthogonal test method,and the iron amaranth alkaloids from different parts of the quantitative analysis.The results showed that iron amaranth optimum extraction technology of alkaloids are as follows:extraction of power is 100 W,the extraction time for 30 min,temperature 100℃,under the condition of the iron amaranth alkaloids in root,stem and leaf extraction yield of 0.239%,0.289% and 0.326%.
