摘要
目的:对药用植物铁苋菜中挥发性化学成分进行定性定量分析。方法:运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析铁苋菜中挥发性成分,通过 TIC 图峰面积归一化法计算挥发油中各组分的相对百分含量。色谱条件:HP-5石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm);进样口温度220℃;程序升温:60℃(3min)5℃·min^(-1) 240℃ 10℃·min^(-1) 280℃(10min);分流比:11:1;电离方式:EI;电子轰击能量:70eV;质量扫描范围:30～450AMU。结果:从铁苋菜地上部分共鉴定出37个挥发性化合物,占挥发性物质总量的97%以上。其中主要成分为乙酸龙脑酯(10.71%)、龙脑(10.34%)、棕榈油酸乙酯(8.70%)、亚油酸(8.15%)、棕榈酸(7.92%)和柏木烷酮(6.19%)。结论:上述挥发性成分为首次从铁苋菜植物中鉴定。
Objective ：To analyze the volatile components from the aerial part of Acalypha australis. Method： The volatile components were analyzed by GC - MS method. The relative amount of the components from the volatile oil was determined by normalization method. Chromatographic conditions were：capillary column HP -5 （30 m × 0. 25 mm,0.25μm） ;injector temperature ：220 ℃ ; column temperature ：60 ℃ （3 min）→5℃·min^-1 240℃ →10℃·min^-1 280 ℃ （ 10 min ） ; split ratio ： 11 ： 1 ; ionization mode ： EI ; electron energy ： 70 eV ; mass scan 240 ℃ range：30 - 450 AMU Result ：Thirty - seven compounds were isolated and identified accounting for more than 97% of total volatile components. The main compounds were bornyl acetate （ 10.71% ）, borneol （ 10. 34% ）, ethyl palmitoleate （8.70%）, linoleic acid（8.15% ） ,palmitic acid（7.92% ） and cedranone（6. 19% ）. Conclusion：These compounds are identified from A. australis for the first time.
