摘要
目的分析南宁市成年吸烟者的吸烟年限与尼古丁依赖的关联。方法对南宁市不同职业的成年吸烟者进行问卷调查,采用尼古丁依赖检测量表(FTND)国际问卷评估南宁市成年吸烟者尼古丁依赖水平,分析吸烟年限与尼古丁依赖之间的关联。结果本次调查发现南宁市吸烟人群中尼古丁高度依赖271人(23.06%),初始平均吸烟年龄(19.28±4.98)岁,平均吸烟年限(20.94±15.13)年,平均每天吸烟(14.33±11.27)支,尼古丁依赖评分均值(3.53±2.48)分。分析发现,吸烟年限≥10年组尼古丁依赖的危险性是吸烟年限<10年组的2.34倍。初始吸烟年龄<18岁,吸烟年限≥10年组尼古丁依赖危险性是吸烟年限<10年组的2.35倍(P<0.05)。结论吸烟年限增加会导致尼古丁依赖的风险性增加。初始吸烟年龄<18岁时,吸烟年限增加会导致尼古丁依赖的风险性增加;初始吸烟年龄≥18岁时,尚未发现吸烟年限与尼古丁依赖存在关联。
Objective To analyze the relationship between smoking duration and nicotine dependence in the adult smokers of Nanning. Methods The adult smokers in different occupations in Nanning were selected in the method of stratified sampling and detected by questionnaire. FTND international questionnaire was used to assess the level of nicotine de- pendence among adult smokers in Nanning. Logistic regression model was performed to analyze the relationship between smok- ing duration and nicotine dependence. Results The survey found 271 （23.06%） smoker with high nicotine dependence, the average initial smoking age was （ 19. 28 ＋4. 98） years, the mean smoking duration was （20. 94 ＋ 15.13） years, the mean cigarettes per day was （ 14. 33 ＋ 11.27 ） cigarettes and the average score of nicotine dependence was （3.53 ± 2.48）. After adjustment for confounders, the risk of nicotine dependence of smoking durations〉 10 years group was 2.34 times compared tothe group with smoking duration 〈 10 years. Among initial smoking age 〈 18 years population, the risk of nicotine de- pendence of smoking durations〉 10 years group was 2. 35 times compared tothe group with smoking duration 〈 10 years （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Increased smoking duration may be related with increased risk of nicotine dependence. Longer years of smoking duration could increase the risk of nicotine dependence in the smokers whose initial smoking age 〈 18 years, while smoking duration did not show an association with nicotine dependence when initial smoking age≥ 18 years.
