摘要
目的了解2021年沧州市青少年学生尝试卷烟和电子烟的现状及影响因素,为在青少年学生中开展控烟工作提供科学依据,为制定控烟政策提供思路和方法。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,于2021年9月抽取4569名学生参与问卷调查。结果沧州市青少年学生尝试吸烟率为29.35%(1341/4569),尝试卷烟率为13.77%(468/4569),尝试电子烟率为15.58%(712/4569),尝试吸卷烟率和尝试吸电子烟率均随年龄增加而增加;职高学生尝试卷烟率和电子烟率均高于初中和高中学生;多因素非条件logstic回归分析显示性别、每周零花钱、好朋友吸烟、吸烟感受和“是否有人教过烟草使用后果?”是青少年学生尝试卷烟的影响因素(均P<0.05);性别、每周零花钱、老师吸烟、好朋友吸烟、吸烟感受和“是否收到过免费烟草产品?”是青少年学生尝试电子烟的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论2021年沧州市青少年学生烟草使用率较高,学生吸烟受周围环境影响较大。建议继续加强控烟工作,学校、家庭和社会共同创建无烟环境。全面预防和控制青少年学生吸烟。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of adolescent students trying cigarettes and e-cigarettes in Cangzhou,so as to provide scientific basis for the implementation of tobacco control work among adolescent students,and to provide ideas and methods for the formulation of tobacco control policies.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 4569 students to participate in the questionnaire survey in September 2021.Results The rate of trying to smoke of adolescent students in Cangzhou was 29.35%(1341/4569),the rate of them trying cigarettes was 13.77%(468/4569)and the rate of them trying e-cigarettes was 15.58%(712/4569),the latter two increased with age.Vocational high school students have higher rates of trying cigarettes and e-cigarettes than junior high school and high school students.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that gender,weekly pocket money,having close friends smoking,smoking experience and"Whether someone has taught about the consequences of tobacco use?"were the influencing factors of whether adolescent students try cigarettes(all P<0.05).Gender,weekly pocket money,teacher smoking,having friends smoking,smoking sensation and"Whether received free tobacco products?"were factors that influence whether adolescent students try e-cigarettes(all P<0.05).Conclusion The tobacco use rate of young students in Cangzhou is relatively high,and students'smoking is greatly affected by the surrounding environment.It is recommended to continue to strengthen tobacco control work,and to jointly create a smoke-free environment by schools,families and communities.It is necessary to comprehensively prevent and control smoking in adolescent students.
