摘要
目的了解天津市居民吸烟现况及现在吸烟者尼古丁依赖状况,为制定控烟政策及相应干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法抽取天津市城区的成年居民1 993人,对其吸烟情况、尼古丁依赖状况等方面进行调查。结果天津市居民现在吸烟率为26.2%,男性现在吸烟率为46.0%,女性现在吸烟率为5.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=494.02,P<0.01);青年人现在吸烟率(19.0%)低于中年人(39.5%)和老年人(39.0%);文化程度越低吸烟率越高,小学及以下居民的现在吸烟率高达41.0%,大专及以上居民仅为17.7%;现在吸烟者尼古丁依赖评测量表(FTND)平均得分为(3.92±2.72)分,中年吸烟者尼古丁依赖严重,平均得分为(4.41±2.86)分;文化程度低、开始吸烟年龄小、家庭或工作场所对吸烟没有限制、吸烟频率高的吸烟者,尼古丁依赖程度较严重(P<0.01)。结论天津市居民吸烟现况及尼古丁依赖状况不容乐观;采用FTND定量分析现吸烟者的尼古丁依赖程度,有助于进一步采取针对性措施进行健康干预。
Objective To explore the prevalence of smoking among residents in Tianjin,as well as nicotine dependence among current smokers,and to offer reference for tobacco control and intervention on smoking cessation.Methods A total of 1 993 residents at age of 18 years and older were selected with multistage systematic sampling in Tianjin.The attitude to tobacco control,nicotine dependence,and tobacco smoking of the residents were assessed with a questionnaire and Fagersorm Test for Nicotine Dependence（FTND） survey face-to-face.Results The total prevalence of smoking was 26.2% among the residents（46.0% for males and 5.0% for females）.The young residents had a lower prevalence of smoking than the older.The individuals with lower education had a higher smoking rate.The average FTND score was 3.92±2.72 among all current smokers.Middle-aged smokers’ nicotine dependence was more serious,with mean FTND score of 4.41±2.86.The residents with poorly educatoin,starting smoking earlier,without smoking restriction in family or workplace,and having high smoking frequency yielded a higher FTND score.Conclusion The smoking status and nicotine dependence among residents in Tianjin is serious.Quantitative analysis on nicotine dependence among smokers may contribute to taking targeted measures and facilitating health intervention.
