摘要
四川盆地元坝气田长兴组气藏具有超深、高温、高压、H_2S和CO_2含量及分压高的特点,针对高压高含硫超致密复杂地层深井钻井技术问题,研制了气体钻井钻具抗疲劳减震技术以及气液快速转换技术,形成了一套较为完整的高含硫气藏超深水平井陆相硬地层气体钻井技术。该技术突破了7 000 m以上的超深水平井工程技术瓶颈,对国内超深水平井技术的发展有一定借鉴作用。
Gas reservoirs contained in Changxing Formation of Yuanba Gasfield in the Sichuan Basin are character- ized by significant depths, high temperatures, high pressures, high H2S and CO2 contents and high differential pressures. To cope with technical challenges related to drilling of ultra-deep wells in tight and complicated forma- tions with high pressures and high sulfur contents, anti-fatigue shock-absorption and fast gas-liquid conversion techniques have been developed for gas drilling to develop sophisticated gas drilling technologies for drilling of ultra -deep horizontal wells in hard continental formations for development of high-sulfur gas reservoirs. These newly- developed technologies can effectively break the technical bottleneck for drilling of ultra-deep horizontal wells over 7 000 m. In addition, these techniques may provide valuable references for development of domestic technologies for drilling of ultra-deep horizontal wells.
