摘要
近两年来,随着钻井技术的不断提高,为提高单井产量,川西新出井位水平井钻井呈直线上升趋势,完钻层位以蓬莱镇组四、三段居多。川西水平井在提高钻井速度上做了不懈的探索与实践,并取得了一定进步。本文从影响水平井钻井速度的井深结构、地层岩性、钻头选型、钻井液性能、设备条件、操作不当、完井作业等因素进行分析探讨,得出可以在优化井深结构、选择有效钻井辅助工具、优选钻头型号、合理调整钻井液性能、提高和完善设备运转能力、全面做好技术保障、简化完井作业程序等方面对川西深井钻井速度进行提高,并提出了建议。
Abstrsct:The past two years,with the drilling technology continues to improve,to increase production per well,new horizontal drilling wells bit linear upward trend,drilled horizons to Penglaizhen four, three sections of the majority.Kawanishi horizontal wells increase drilling speed unremitting exploration and practice,and some progress.From the factors that affect the speed of horizontal drilling depth structure,lithology,bit selection,drilling fluid properties,equipment condition,operational measures and completion operations to analyze,draw can optimize the depth of the structure,choose effective drilling auxiliary tools,preferably drill model,rationally adjust the drilling fluid performance,improve and perfect the equipment operation capability,a comprehensive good technical support,simplify completion operations in western Sichuan deep drilling speed improved,and made recommendations.
