摘要
元素硫沉积是高含硫气藏开发中最重要的研究内容之一。为了准确获得高含硫气藏中饱和元素硫含量,通过自主设计实验方法和实验流程,购置相应实验配件,以真实气体为实验对象,测定了B24井和TD5-1井井口气样在一定温度和不同压力下元素硫溶解度。该实验方法的建立,为准确测定不同高含硫气体中元素硫溶解度提供了参考和依据。在实验研究成果基础上,对目前广泛使用的Chrastil模型和Roberts常系数模型的正确性进行了关联性研究,结果表明利用Chrastil模型计算高含硫气体中元素硫溶解度误差较小,准确性较高,而Roberts提出的常系数模型由于只是以特定的流体组分和实验条件为基础回归得到,其对不同组分和压力温度条件下元素硫溶解度的计算误差较大。
The study on the sulfur deposition is one of the important tasks in the development of high sulfur content gas reservoirs. In order to obtain the saturated sulfur content accurately, experiment methods and procedures are designed. Using the design proposal, the element sulfur solubility is measured on the real gas of Wells B24 and TD5-1. The establishment of the experimental method can supply the reference for accurately testing the sulfur solubility in high sulfur content gas. Based on the experiment study, the cal- culation methods on the sulfur solubility are checked on the Chrastil and Roberts constant coefficient models. Results show that the solubility that is calculated by the Chrastil model can fit with the experimental test, the absolute average deviation is small. However, the constant coefficient model presented by Roberts is based on the particular composition and experimental condition, the absolute average deviation is large when fitting the different compositions and experimental condition.
