摘要
全能干细胞(totipotent stem cell,TSC)和潜能再生细胞(potential regenerative cell,PRCs)在实现各组织器官的原位再生,修复或改善损伤组织和器官的结构及功能方面发挥着重要作用,是目前医学领域研究的热点。笔者根据自身研究经验,并通过查阅大量文献资料,综述了全能干细胞与潜能再生细胞的生理作用,旨在为再生医学的后续研究提供一定的方向与思路。
Totipotent stem cell（TSC） and potential regenerative cell（PRC） play important roles in achieving the in situ regeneration of tissue organs,and repairing or improving the structure and functions of damaged tissues and organs,which,now,is the study focus in the medical field.Based on examining a large number of literature data and own research,the authors reviewed the physiological functions of TSC and PRC,aiming at providing certain direction and ideas for the future study of regenerative medicine.
