摘要
目的:观察美宝胃肠胶囊对各种胃肠粘膜病变的再生修复作用。方法:选择临床上有上消化道症状的病人,经内镜检查为溃疡病、糜烂性胃炎、反流性食管炎、幽门螺杆菌阳性为入选病例。随机分成两组, A组为单独使用美宝胃肠胶囊,B组为常规治疗药物,治疗四周后观察结果。两组在研究前均进行相同的根除幽门螺杆菌和抗酸治疗。结果:A组中治愈28例,好转2例,治愈率93．3％;B组中治愈27例,好转3例,治愈率90．0％。两组间无显著差异。结论:美宝胃肠胶囊对溃疡及糜烂等粘膜病变有明显的临床效果,效果与药物相当。
Objective： To observe regenerative recovery effect of MEBO gastrointestinal capsule on gastrointestinal mucosa lesions. Method： The cases with upper gastrointestinal symptom, which confirmed as ulcer, erosive gastritis, reflux esophagitis accompanied by Hp positive by endoscopey, were admitted, These cases were randomly divided into two groups. The cases of A group were administrated by MEBO gastrointestinal capsule alone and the cases of B group by conventional drugs for diseases of upper digestive tract, Result： The healing rate of A group was 93.3% and the figure of B group was 90, 0%, There is no significant deviation between two groups. Conclusion： Obvious clinical effect equivalent to drugs on gastrointestinal mucosa lesions such as ulcer and anabrosis was observed with the administration of MEBO gastrointestinal capsule.
