摘要 圆筒型永磁磁力耦合器是一种新型的磁力传动装置。本文根据圆筒型永磁磁力耦合器的结构和原理,基于Ansoft Maxwell软件,在三维瞬态求解器下建立磁力耦合器的模型,进行仿真计算,最终根据后期处理的结果确认剖分和尺寸的初步建立的正确性,为磁力耦合器的设计优化提供参考依据。 Cylindrical permanent magnetic coupling is a new kind of magnetic force transmission device.This paper according to the cylindrical permanent magnetic coupling structure and principle,based on Ansoft Maxwell software,establish the model under the 3D transient solver,and the simulation was carried out.Finally,the correctness of the initial setting of the split and dimension was confirmed according to the results of the post-processing.It provided the reference for the design optimization of the magnetic coupler.
