摘要
为了实现风机节能改造的要求,通过采用筒式永磁调速器对风机进行调速控制,改变风机风量以适应工艺需要从而达到节能的目的。通过论述筒式永磁调速器的工作原理、结构特点以及在火电厂锅炉风机上的应用,分析得出其节电率可达到30%左右,实现了原理结构简单、运行安全可靠、高效环保的效果。该调速器具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to achieve the requirements of energy-saving fan,through the use of cylindrical permanent-magnet governor to the fan speed control and change the fan air volume to meet the needs of the process to achieve the purpose of energy conservation.This paper through discusses the theory and structure characters of cylindrical permanent-magnet governor, and the application in power plant fans.Analyses shows that the governor can save 30 percent energy with simpler structures, and makes more reliable, efficient operations.Thus it makes a prospective market in application.
