摘要
主要介绍了聚合物基复合材料的导热机理以及预测二相体系复合材料热导率的理论模型Maxwell Eucken ,Bruggemen ,Cheng Vochen ,Ziebland ,Lewis Nielsen ,Y .Agari Uno方程。同时介结了聚合物基导热材料的三种类型及其具体应用。
Heat conduction mechanism of polymer composites is introduced.The theoretical models—Maxwell-Eucken,Bruggemen,Cheng-Vochon,Ziebland,Lewis-Nielsen and Y.Agari-Uno equations for the prediction of the heat conduction of binary composites are also discussed.Three types of polymer based heat conduction composites,their application and work to be done are introduced.
