摘要
目的 :探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶(NAP)检测在小儿支原体肺炎中的诊断意义。方法 :选取支原体肺炎患儿60例作为观察组,同期选取体检中心健康儿童30例作为对照组,采用免疫荧光法检测hs-CRP、改良快速偶氮偶联法检测NAP、ROC曲线分析上述指标诊断小儿支原体肺炎的效能。结果 :观察组患儿急性期和恢复期血清hs-CRP、NAP水平明显高于对照组,且急性期患儿上述指标水平明显高于恢复期(P<0.05)。在诊断支原体肺炎效能方面,NAP<hs-CRP<二者联合(P<0.05)。结论 :血清hs-CRP、NAP水平变化与小儿支原体肺炎的发生发展有关,二者联合检测对早期诊断小儿支原体肺炎具有良好的敏感性、特异性、准确性,可作为一种有效诊断方法。
Objective: To discuss the value of the determination of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and neutrophil alkaline phosphatase (NAP) in diagnosis of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: Sixty cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as an observation group and meanwhile 30 healthy children as a control group. NAP and hs-CRP were determined by a modified fast azo coupling method and an immunofluorescence method, respectively. The efficiency of above indexes in diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia was analyzed by ROC curve. Results: The levels of serum hs- CRP and NAP were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the above indexes were higher in acute stage than in recovery period (P〈0.05). The diagnostic efficiency was as follows: NAP〈hs-CRP〈the combination (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The changes of serum hs-CRP and NAP levels were related to the occurrence and development of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. The combined determination of hs-CRP and NAP possesses good sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for early diagnosis ofmycoplasma pneumonia in children and can be used as an effective diagnostic method.
