摘要
对SA213-T91钢管的焊接工艺特点、预热、焊接及焊后热处理等工艺规范进行了探讨,并对焊接接头进行了各项性能试验,取得了良好的试验结果。该工艺应用于山东鲁能电力焊接培训中,为各电厂、电建单位输送了合格焊工,取得圆满成功。
The welding technology,preheating,welding proce ss and postweld heat treatment of SA213-T91are discussed in the paper,the experiments for welding joint have been done and the results are satisfied.The technology was adopted in Shandong Luneng electric power welding training cente r for the training of welding workers and achieved success.
