几种单一活性剂组分对T91钢A-TIG焊焊缝的影响 被引量:1

摘要 使用SiO2,TiO2,NaF3种单一活性剂组分,在T91钢上进行A-TIG焊试验。观察对比有活性剂和无活性剂时的焊缝熔深、深宽比、焊缝成形、电弧形态、电弧电压以及显微组织的变化情况。结果表明,SiO2使电弧拉长、电弧电压升高,并显著增大焊缝熔深及深宽比;NaF对电弧形态、电弧电压无明显作用,熔深稍有增大;TiO2使电弧电压稍有降低,并使熔深减小。3种活性剂组分均未对焊缝显微组织产生明显影响。
