摘要
在选定焊接方法、焊接材料和工艺参数条件下,进行了X80管线钢试件焊接和接头性能试验。结果表明,X80管线钢具有良好的可焊性,选用的焊接材料和工艺参数可用于这种材料管道的现场焊接及焊缝返修。
The mechanical properties of welding and weldment have been conduct on X80 pipeline steel under the selection of welding process, welding filler metal and parameter. The results of test show that the weldablity for use of X80 pipeline steel is very good, and the welding filler metal and parameter can be used for welding in field and repair.
