石斛多糖对慢性疲劳综合征大鼠学习记忆能力及血清细胞因子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察石斛多糖对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)大鼠学习记忆能力及血清细胞因子的影响。方法实验大鼠随机分为4组,每组10只:正常组,模型组,石斛多糖低、高剂量组。采用束缚+冷水游泳的复合应激法制备CFS大鼠模型,检测各组大鼠空间学习记忆能力及血清TGF-β和IFN-γ水平。结果石斛多糖可缩短Morris水迷宫测试中大鼠探索路径和搜台潜伏期(P<0.05或P<0.01),提高游泳速度(P<0.05或P<0.01);缩短穿梭箱测试中大鼠潜伏期、进入错误区和电击时间(P<0.05或P<0.01),减少受到电击的次数(P<0.05或P<0.01);并降低大鼠TGF-β水平,升高IFN-γ水平。结论石斛多糖可改善CFS大鼠的认知功能障碍,增强CFS大鼠细胞免疫功能。 Objective:To observe the influence of dendrobium polysaccharides on learning-memory ability and blood serum cytokine of chronic fatigue syndrome mice(CFS) mice. Methods The experimental mice was randomly divided into 4 groups including normal group, model group, low-dose dendrobium polysaccharides group and highdose dendrobium polysaccharides group. The constraint + cold-water swimming stress method was applied to prepare CFS mice model and detect their learning-memory ability as well as serum TGF-β and IFN-γ levels. Results The dendrobium polysaccharides can shorten the exploring path and channel search incubation period in Morris water maze test(P 0.05 or P 0.01) and improve the swimming speed(P 0.05 or P 0.01);shorten the incubation period, wrong entrance and electric shock time in shutter box test(P 0.05 or P 0.01) and reduce the electric shock times(P 0.05 or P 0.01); decrease TGF-β level and increase IFN-γ level. Conclusion The dendrobium polysaccharides can improve the cognition impairment and strength cellular immune function of CFS mice.
