摘要
慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的短期记忆力减退、注意力下降等症状符合轻度认知障碍的诊断标准,有关CFS认知障碍的研究日益成为热点。笔者对近20年CFS认知障碍研究在神经认知量表、脑成像技术及脑血流量变化的应用方面进行综述,并对未来研究给予展望和建议。
The cognitive symptoms such as impaired short-term memory or concentration are perceived as the mild cognitive im- pairment （MCI） in patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome （CFS） . In recent years the role of cognitive impairment in CFS has be- come one of the most concerned issues. This paper reviews the research progress of the recent 20 years and gives vision and recommen- dations for future research.
