摘要
5-羟色胺(5-HT)是脑内一种重要的神经递质。5-HT转运体基因多态性影响了阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的发生。动物脑内5-HT水平的减少可引起失眠,5-HT也能够引起睡眠的发生而用于失眠的治疗。中缝核是脑内5-HT能神经元细胞体的主要集中部位,它的头部和尾部分别影响了不同类型睡眠的发生。不同类型的5-HT受体,对睡眠-觉醒周期具有不同的作用。夜班工人、动物冬眠等睡眠状态的研究表明,睡眠与5-HT的基因多态性也呈相关性。
5-Hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)is an important cerebral neurotransmitter.5-HT transporter(the serotonin transporter 5-HTT)gene polymorphism is involved in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Reduction in cerebral 5-HT in animals can cause insomnia.5-HT can be also used for the treatment of insomnia.Cerebral 5-HT neuronal bodies are mainly located inside the raphe nuclei.Its head and tail affects the occurrence of different types of sleep,respectively.The different types of 5-HT receptor play different roles in sleep-wake cycle.Sleep studies of night shift workers and hibernating animals have shown that sleep and 5-HT gene polymorphism are associated.
