摘要
图书馆联盟在运作和发展过程中存在信息共享效率偏低、信息沟通不畅、协同机制不完善等问题。探讨图书馆联盟协同机制建设,构建一种基于信息生态系统视角的图书馆联盟协同发展模型,以促进联盟内部人与环境的协同互动和共享。这种协同模式主要从信息资源配置出发,整合联盟内部的物流、信息流、业务流和价值流,促进图书馆联盟内部信息和知识资源共享效率的提升,以不断增强联盟综合竞争力。该模式为图书馆联盟协同创新提供了新的发展路径,可以有效促进图书馆联盟全面可持续发展。
Library consortia faces a lot of problems including the information sharing efficiency, the information communi- cation, the collaboration mechanism. This paper discusses the construction of the cooperative mechanism of li- brary consortia, constructs the collaborative development model of library consortia based on the information e- cosystem theory to promote the collaborative interaction and sharing between human and environment. This model integrates the logistics,business flow and value flow of library consortia from the information resources configuration, in order to promote the efficiency of information and knowledge resources sharing and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of library consortia. The model can provide a new reference pattern for the collaborative innovation of library consortia and promote the healthy and sustainable development of library consortia.
