摘要
运用演化博弈理论,构建绿色建筑开发企业策略选择的动态行为模型,采用生物进化的"复制动态"机制来模拟开发企业的学习和动态调整过程,并进行了数值模拟分析。形成以下结论:首先,绿色建筑的推广和普及与绿色建筑在整个"种群"中所占的比例存在密切关系。其次,通过采集绿色建筑市场、政策中的实证数据,构建不同星级绿色建筑复制动态方程并确定其鞍点,发现:在当前市场和政策状态下,二星级绿色建筑演化成为最终的演化稳定策略的可能性是最高的,其次是一星级绿色建筑,而三星级绿色建筑策略成为最终的演化稳定策略的可能性较低。
In this paper,the evolutionary game theory is used to construct the dynamic behavioral model of the green building development enterprise strategy selection,and the dynamic mechanism is used to simulate the learning and dynamic adjustment process of the development enterprise and the numerical simulation is carried out. The following conclusions are reached:First of all,the promotion and popularization of green building is closely related to the proportion of green building in the whole " population",which is directly related to the increment cost,market premium and policy subsidy of green building. Secondly,by collecting the green building market,the empirical data in the policy to build different stars green building replication dynamic equation and determine the saddle point,by comparing different star green saddle point x*,y*size. It is found that in the current market and policy conditions,two-star green building evolution to the ultimate evolutionary stability strategy is the highest probability,followed by one-star green building,and three-star green building strategy to become the ultimate evolutionary stability strategy has lowopportunity.
