摘要
通过对住宅开发过程的深入分析,构建绿色住宅建设系统因果关系模型,并利用结构方程模型进行绿色住宅建设的多因素分析。通过与实际调研数据的拟合对其加以验证,并找出影响绿色住宅性能的关键因素以及影响路径,为进一步制定绿色住宅规制政策提供理论基础。
This paper proposes a causality model of green dwelling＇ s eonstruction system by a deep analysis on its con- struction process. The structure model is employed to carry out the muhi -factor analysis and to certify the fitness to the survey data. Furthermore the critical factors and key paths are found according to the data- fitting result.
