摘要
目的利用医院信息系统、移动手机硬件及无限局域网为网络平台,实现护理系统无纸化管理,加强护理信息化建设,确保医护工作在具体执行过程中的准确性,提高临床医护人员的工作效率和质量。方法在统一的功能操作界面中(基于智能手机)实现医护人员的移动护理,分析移动护理系统对医嘱执行的准点率、用药缺陷、住院患者和临床医护对使用移动护理信息系统的满意度、护理不良事件发生率变化。结果通过移动护理系统的应用,医嘱执行的准点率由49%上升至88%,同期用药缺陷由37例下降至8例,提高了患者、医护人员的满意度(P<0.05),降低了护理不良事件的发生。结论智能手机移动护理系统成为医护工作站的补充与延伸,借助信息化手段,将护理工作纳入了一个闭环管理的模式,为实现医院新的临床管理理念和方法创造了条件。
Objective Using hospital information system,mobile phone hardware and unlimited LAN for network platform,implement the nursing system paperless management,strengthening the construction of nursing information,ensure the accuracy of medical work in the concrete implementation process,and improve work efficiency and quality of clinical medical staff. Methods To achieve the mobile care of health care workers in the function of the unified interface（based on the smart phone）,analyze the changes in punctuality rate of mobile nursing system to doctor′ s orders,medication defects,incidence of nursing adverse events. Results Consequence through the application of mobile nursing system,orders deliver from 49% to 88%,drug defects by 37 cases dropped to 8 cases during the same period,improve the patients,medical staff satisfaction（P〈0.05）,decreased medical error rate,improve the efficiency of nursing work and management level. Conclusion The mobile care system of intelligent mobile phone has become a supplement and extension of the medical workstation. With the means of information,the nursing work has been integrated into a closedloop management mode,which has created the conditions for realizing the new clinical management idea and method of the hospital.
