摘要
分析医疗质量控制信息化建设的目标和实现途径,构建医疗质量控制信息化体系需构建五个框架,包括电子病案质控、临床知识库及医嘱警示系统、重点环节质控、权限设置、质量管理评价指标,并结合医院实践,阐述质量控制信息化建设的优势和发展方向。
This paper analyzes goals, of informatization construction of medical quality control and realization. To build informatization system of medical quality control needs five frameworks, including electronic medical records quality control, clinical knowledge bases and doctors＇ advice warning system, key aspects of quality control, permission settings and evaluation of quality management. Combining practice of hospital, we elaborate the ad- vantage of informatization construction of oualitv control and the develonment dir^tion.
