摘要
目的:探讨移动护理信息系统在优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法:选择2011年1～7月使用移动护理信息系统前患者460例,对其按传统方法进行护理;选择2011年8月～2012年2月使用移动护理信息后患者476例,将移动护理信息系统应用于临床,比较移动护理信息系统使用前后住院患者的满意度、医师对护士工作的满意度、护士对自身工作的满意度及护理质量。结果:患者及医护人员对护理工作的满意度均有提升,护理服务质量明显提高。结论:移动护理信息系统的应用有利于规范临床护理工作,提高患者满意度,为优质护理服务质量提供了有力保障。
Objective ： To study the application effect of the mobile nursing information system in the high - quality nursing care. Methods ： Chose 460 patients of before used the mobile nursing information system from January to July in 2011 ,chose 476 patients of after used the mobile nursing information system from August 2011 to February 2012, the application of mobile nursing information system in clinic, more mobile nursing information system before and after the use of inpatlent,physician satisfaction,satisfaction the work of nurses on their job satisfaction, quality of care. Results： The patients and staff satisfaction on nursing work, significantly improve the quality of nursing serv- ice. Conclusion：The application of mobile nursing information system to standardize the clinical nursing work, improve the satisfaction of patients, provides the powerful guarantee for the quality of high - quality nursing service.
