摘要
历史制度主义主张将制度理解为嵌入政体或政治经济组织结构中的正式或非正式的程序、规则、规范和惯例,主张将历史视为促使政治后果出现的结构性背景和人类克服理性局限的主要途径,主张将制度研究置于历史过程之中,主张以"追溯历史过程"的方式"认真对待历史"。历史制度主义理论对于确立我国教育政策史研究的理论基础、理论取向和研究主题,对于建构我国教育政策史研究的基本分析框架,均具有方法论层面的指导意义。
Historical institutionalism views not only institution as formal or informal process,rules,norms and customs embedded in regime or political and economic organizations,but also history as the structural background that leads to political consequences and the main solution that the human beings overcome rational limits.Institution research should be placed in historical process and history should be considered by means of tracing historical process.Historical institutionalism and its theory provide methodological guidance for building the basic analytical framework of education history research as well as establishing the theoretical foundation,theoretical orientation and research theme of studying the history of education policy in our country.
