摘要
国际化背景下,越来越多的民办高校积极发展国际合作办学与国际交流,这是民办高校不断发展壮大、提升办学层次的必经之路。但是,民办高校在迈向国际化教育的进程中遇到了一定的问题与困难,在一定程度上阻碍了国际合作办学的持续发展,其中,以师资队伍建设的问题最为突出。文章将通过对民办高校国际合作办学与师资队伍建设现状进行分析,归纳目前存在的问题及限制性因素,同时,针对现状和问题提出可行性建议和策略,促进民办高校国际合作办学的可持续发展。
Under the background of internationalization, more and more private colleges develop international cooperative education and international communicative programs, which are the necessary way for private colleges to grow stronger and improve education level. However, in the process towards international education, private colleges have encountered some problems and difficulties that hindered the sustainable development of international cooperation to a certain extent. Among these problems and difficulties, teaching staff construction is the most prominent one.This article analyzes the present situation of private colleges＇ international cooperation and teaching staff construction,summarizes existing problems and restrictive factors. At the same time, it also puts forward feasible suggestions and strategies to promote the sustainable development of private colleges＇ international cooperative education.
