紫外分光光度法测定蒲地灌肠液中总黄酮含量 被引量:10

摘要 目的:建立蒲地灌肠液中总黄酮含量测定的紫外分光光度法。方法:采用硝酸铝显色法,以芦丁为总黄酮代表物,以蒲地灌肠液本体为空白对照,测定波长为510 nm,测定蒲地灌肠液中总黄酮的含量,并进行准确度、精密度、专属性、线性与范围、稳定性等方法学考察。结果:黄酮类化合物在12.72~76.32 mg/L的范围内,浓度与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.01224C-0.00451(r=0.99975),加样回收率平均值为100.95%(n=9,RSD%=1.37%),4批次蒲地灌肠液中总黄酮平均含量为0.234%、0.237%、0.243%、0.235%、0.233%、0.197%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,可作为蒲地灌肠液中总黄酮的含量测定的方法。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of content of total flavonoids in Pudienema by UV spectrometery. Methods: Using Aluminum nitrate colorimetric method. Total flavonids with rutin as repre- sentative, using Pudienema ontology as blank control. Determination of content of total flavonoids in Pudienema at wavelength for 510 nm, with accuracy, precision, specificity, linear and range and stability analysis of perfor- mance indexes such as methodology validation. Results: The method was a good linear at the range of 12.72- 76.32 mg/L of the total flavonoids. The equation of linear regression was A=0.01224C-0.00451 (r=0.99975). The average recovery was 100.95% (n=9, RSD=1.37%) and the average concentration of fatal flavonoids in four batch Pudienema were 0.234%, 0.237%, 0.243%, 0.235%, 0.233%, 0.197%. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, accurate, sensitive and suitable for content determ ination of total flavonoids in Pudienema.
