杜仲叶醇提液中黄酮测定方法的比较研究 被引量:36

Comparison of Methods of Determining the Content of Flavonoids in Extracts from Evcommia Vlmoides Oliv. Leaves

摘要 目的:选择杜仲叶醇提物中黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:分别采用紫外分光光度法、AlCl3显色法和Al(NO3)3络合法测定杜仲叶醇提液中黄酮的含量,并对测量结果进行了比较。结果:紫外分光光度法测得黄酮含量为4.4025mg/mL,数据偏高;络合法中,AlCl3显色法测定结果为0.2073mg/mL,低于Al(NO3)3络合法(0.4889mg/mL),甚至低于HPLC法测得的纯化后杜仲叶醇提液中黄酮含量(0.3201mg/mL)。结论:Al(NO3)3络合法测定结果较另外两种方法准确,是测定杜仲叶醇提液中总黄酮含量的有效方法。 Objective: To choose an appropriate method to measure the flavonoids in extracts from Evcommia Vlmolcles Oliv. leaves. Method: The content of flavonoids in the extracts from Evcommia Vlmoides Oliv. leaves were determined and compared by UV, AlCl3 complexing-spectrophotometry and Al(NO3)3 colorimetry. Results: The result by UV, 4.4025mg/mL, was the highest. The result by AAlCl3 eomplexing-spectrophotometry was 0.2073 mg/mL and was lower than that by Al(NO3)3 colorimetry, which is 0.4889 mg/mL, even lower than the content of flavonoids in the extracts more pured determined by HPLC. Conclusion: Al(NO3)3 complexing-spectrophotometry is an effective suitable method to measure the flavonoids in extracts from Evcommia Vlmoides Oliv. leaves.
