摘要
目的研究槐花米中芦丁的最佳提取工艺条件。方法根据芦丁的物理性状,通过单因素水平试验分析了槐花米的粉碎度、表面活性剂、超声温度、超声时间、乙醇浓度、料液比,设计了6个因素对芦丁提取率的影响。结果与结论最佳提取工艺条件是:槐花米粉碎至5号筛粒度,50℃加料液比(1∶20)的100%乙醇超声5min,在搅拌下加入质量比(1∶20)的吐温20。
OBJECTIVE Study the best conditions of extraction Rutin in Sophrajaponica. METHODS According to the physical properties of Rutin,we have analyzed the crushing degree,surfactant,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time,ethanol concentration,ratio of solid to liquid of Sophrajaponica by single factor level test,and designed six factors that may influence the extraction rate of rutin. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The best condition of extraction: Sophrajaponica crushed to No. 5 sieve sizes,at 50℃ feed liquid ratio( 1∶ 20) 100% ethanol ultrasonic 5min,under stirring join quality ratio( 1∶ 20) of Tween-20.
