摘要
本文以乙醇作提取剂，提取30种中草药中的抗氧化活性物质，采用DPPH法测定各提取液抗氧化作用的强弱。结果表明：五倍子、诃子、大黄、槐花米等9种中草药的乙醇提取液具有很强的抗氧化活性。
Anioxidative substances were extracted from 30 species of Chinese herb medicinesby ethanol and antloxidatlve activities were measured by DPPH method. The results show thatnine species in them (Rhus chinensis Mill., Therminalia chebula Retz., Wheum palmatum L.,sophora japinica l. et.al) have strong anioxidative effects.
