摘要
通过正交试验方法,对从槐米中提取芦丁的工艺进行研究。研究表明最佳的提取条件为:加入 7倍量的水,用石灰水调节pH值9.0,在60℃下提取20min,过滤,滤渣同法操作两次。合并3次滤液,用盐 酸调节pH值3.5-4.0,加入OP-10在60℃下保温10min,再放置1h,过滤,干燥即得芦丁,产率为14.1％。
The optimum extraction conditions of rutin from sophora flower - bud were investigated by using orthogonal test. The quantitative analysis of rutin was achieved by spectrophotometry. The results showed that the best extraction conditions were; add 7 times water to the sophora flower - bud powder, add limewater to adjust pH 9.0, then extracting 20 min at the temperature 60℃ , filtered, repeated the operation 2 times. Amalgamated the filtrate, regulated the filtrates pH 3.5 -4.0 with hydrochloric acid, then add surfacfant OP-10, heated 15min at the temperature 60℃ , cooling for 1 hour, filtered, dried and then obtained rutin product, the yield was 14.1%.
