摘要
考虑了碳排放税约束条件下企业产能扩充与生产计划问题.通过构建两阶段的产能扩充与生产优化模型,得出了企业在碳排放税政策下的最优扩充产能.通过对企业在碳排放税下最优扩充产能的分析发现,在碳排放税率较低时,提高碳税税率不利于新技术的推广.最后,对比分析了政府对于企业新技术的补助和产品补助的差异,研究发现对清洁技术的补助要比直接对产品的补助更能帮助企业实现清洁产能的扩充.
This paper studies an enterprise's capacity expansion and production planning problem under the carbon tax regulation. A two-stage, stochastie optimization model is developed to achieve the optimal capacity expansion under the carbon tax regulation. It is found that a high carbon tax rate under the low carbon tax regulation demotivates the manufacturer to invest in new technology. Finally, we examine the difference between the production subsidies and the technology subsidies and we find that the technology subsidy is preferred by the manufacture to expand its new technology capacity.
