摘要
京津冀协同发展已经上升为国家战略,生态环境建设是京津冀协同发展的重要内容。论文在研究京津冀碳排放现状的基础上,利用CGE模型模拟了征收碳税对京津冀经济社会发展的影响,并根据结论提出了相应的对策建议,主要包括调整产业结构、加快技术进步和调整能源消费结构等内容。
The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has become a national strategy,and ecological environment construction is an important part of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.On the basis of studying the status quo of carbon emissions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the paper uses the CGE model to simulate the impact of carbon tax on the economic and social development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the conclusions,including adjusting the industrial structure and accelerating technological progress.And adjust the energy consumption structure.
