摘要
迁安市图书馆以国家第三批公共文化服务体系示范项目为契机,在县域公共图书馆总分馆建设方面积极探索,通过与文化馆、博物馆跨部门合作,以"O2O"服务模式建立起具有迁安特色的图书馆总分馆,真正体现了为读者服务之精神。
Qian’an City library takes the establishment of demonstration project of national public cultural services system as an opportunity,cooperates with culture center and museum and use ＂O2O＂service mode to establish the general- branch library with Qian’an city’s characteristics.
